Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Lecmo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the address and contact details you provide are accurate, and that you have read our shipping, returns, and privacy policies. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Prices and currency

Prices are set manually for each market and shown in the local currency (AED, SAR, OMR, USD). All prices include VAT where applicable. The amount you see at checkout is the amount charged — no hidden fees, no surprise duties, since we ship only within each market locally.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, plus cash on delivery in the markets where it is available. Gift orders are card-only — the recipient should never be asked to pay. If a payment is declined, the order is not confirmed; please try again or contact us.

Authenticity guarantee

Every fragrance sold on Lecmo is original, sourced directly from the maison or its authorized distributors, and never grey-market. Each bottle is sealed and inspected before dispatch. If you ever doubt a bottle you received from us, send us a photo and we will verify it personally.

Loyalty, ambassador, and gift programs

Points, ambassador commissions, and gift credits earned through Lecmo programs are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value outside our store. We may adjust the rules of these programs from time to time with notice on this page; existing balances are always honored under the rules in force when they were earned.

Intellectual property

All imagery, copy, brand marks, and the Lecmo name are our property or used under license. Please do not republish them commercially without written permission. Sharing on social media with credit is always welcome — we love seeing your bottles.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first — we resolve nearly every issue within 48 hours. Any unresolved dispute is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force is always the one published on this page on the day of your order. Material changes are highlighted in our newsletter.
