Free shipping on every order, within the same country. Delivery takes between two hours and three business days, depending on your city. We currently ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Oman — each market is served from a local hub to keep your fragrance fresh and your wait short.

Always free, within your country

Every order — no minimum, no surprise fees — ships free as long as the delivery address is inside the same country as the store you're ordering from. Cross-border orders are not available; if you'd like to send a fragrance to a friend abroad, switch the cart to their market first (we'll guide you).

From two hours to three days

Inside major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Muscat, Baghdad, Erbil), most orders arrive on the same day or the next morning — often within a two-hour window when placed before noon. Outside these cities, delivery takes one to three business days. You will see the exact estimate at checkout based on the delivery address.

When does the clock start

Orders placed before 1 PM local time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the following business day. Gift orders that include a handwritten card add a few hours of preparation time so the message is set just right.

Tracking and notifications

The moment your fragrance leaves our hands, you'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also see live status from your account page under "My Orders". The courier will call before arriving — please keep your phone reachable so the package isn't returned.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the recipient's name, building, floor, and a recognizable landmark before confirming the order. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phones may incur a re-delivery fee, which we will discuss with you before charging.

Outside our four markets

We do not ship outside the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Oman at this stage. If you're visiting one of these countries, we'd love to deliver to your hotel or to a friend's address — just contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it personally.
