Returns & Damaged Items

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons — and in line with international perfumery practice — fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our hands. The only exception is when something has gone wrong on our side: a damaged bottle, a broken seal, or the wrong fragrance in the box. In that case, we'll replace it or refund you in full, no questions asked.

Why we cannot accept returns

Perfume is an intimate product. Once a bottle leaves our atelier, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored, sprayed, or handled — and we will never put a returned bottle back into another customer's hands. This is the standard policy of every serious house worldwide. By placing your order, you confirm that you understand this.

When the mistake is ours

If the bottle arrives broken, the seal is tampered with, the box contains the wrong fragrance, or the order is materially different from what you bought, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and the unopened item. We will collect the order at our cost and either replace it (priority dispatch) or refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How to report an issue

Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@lecmo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We monitor both channels every day. The faster you reach out, the faster we can make it right.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before the order has been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once the courier has picked up the package, we can no longer cancel — the order is on its way.
