Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order, recognize you on your next visit, and improve the experience. We never sell your data, and we never share it for purposes beyond running this store. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end.
What we collect
Your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and the fragrances you buy or save to your wishlist. If you create an account, we also store your password as a one-way hash (we cannot read it) and your language and country preferences. We do not collect payment card details — those go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Who helps us run the store
We rely on a small number of trusted partners: Shopify (payments and order processing), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (account, wishlist, and customer database), Resend (transactional emails), Twilio (WhatsApp notifications), and the Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Google advertising platforms (anonymous behavior signals only — never your name or address). Each one is contractually bound to use your data only on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
We use the minimum cookies needed: cart, language, country, and login session. We also use marketing pixels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google) to measure which campaigns work — these signals are aggregated and do not identify you personally. You can block them through your browser settings without breaking the site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) show you all the data we hold about you, (b) correct anything that's wrong, or (c) delete your account and everything tied to it. Write to privacy@lecmo.com from the email address on your account and we will respond within 14 days. Orders that have been shipped must remain in our records for accounting and warranty purposes.
How long we keep things
Account data: as long as your account is active, plus 12 months. Order records: 7 years (legal requirement for accounting). Marketing analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 24 months.
